The Sacred Path: Healing Through Sound, Bodywork, and Spirit is a 9-month Online mentorship rooted in the timeless practices of our ancestors. This is not just a mentorship, it is a sacred journey into the depths of your soul, guided by the drum’s heartbeat, the power of touch, and the wisdom of Spirit.

Through this journey, you will remember the songs of your ancestors, heal the patterns that no longer serve you, and step into the truth of who you are. This is a path of devotion, reverence, and connection to the rhythms of life. A return to the heart.

What Is “The Sacred Path”?

At the heart of this mentorship lies the drum, the heartbeat of the earth and the portal to Spirit. The drum teaches us to listen, to journey inward, and to connect with the unseen. It carries us to the depths of healing, where we can meet ourselves fully and offer our medicine to the world.

Along this path, you will explore ancient practices of:

Drumming: A sacred tool to release emotions, access altered states, and harmonize with Spirit.
Bodywork (Sobadas) & energy pathways: Gentle, ancestral massage techniques to release tension and restore the body’s natural flow of energy.
Ceremonial Song (Cantos): The medicine of your voice as a tool for healing and connection.
Energy Work: Practices to cleanse, ground, and protect yourself and others.
Ancestral Wisdom: Honoring your lineage, healing inherited patterns, and reclaiming the gifts passed through generations.
Sacred Leadership: Learning to guide group healing rituals, drumming circles, and ceremonies that align with the rhythms of life.

The Journey: Month-by-Month Outline

Though I have outlined this mentorship month by month and assigned each phase a “name,” please regard these labels as gentle signposts for your mind. They hint at the learning, yet cannot fully convey the deeper essence of what you will receive. Beyond words and structure lies a sacred energetic realm, calling you to step out of the ordinary and into the heart of true transformation. It is within this space that genuine healing, remembrance, and awakening unfold throughout our mentorship.

This mentorship will guide you through three phases of transformation:

1. Healing the Self

Each month builds upon the next, guiding you deeper into connection with yourself, Spirit, and your gifts.

Months 1–6: Healing the Self and Awakening the Medicine Within

The first six months focus on personal healing, creating a foundation for deep transformation. To release old patterns, reconnect with their Spirit, and begin to access their innate gifts as healers.

• Learn energetic cleansing rituals using herbs, sound, and intention.
• Begin learning basic anatomy and practicing sobadas to support physical and energetic clearing.

Month 3: Connecting with Ancestral Wisdom

• Journey with the drum to meet ancestors and Spirit guides.
• Recognize and release intergenerational trauma stored in the body.
• Create an ancestral altar to honor your lineage.

• Use drumming to drop into heart-centered awareness.
• Unlock the voice with cantos to heal the heart and Spirit.

The final three months shift to facilitating healing for others, integrating teachings into group practices, and stepping into leadership.

• Facilitate group drumming circles and emotional release practices.
• Use sobadas, energy healing to support healing in others.
• Hold space with presence, compassion, and humility.

Month 8: Creating Sacred Rituals

• Design and lead rituals that honor the elements, Spirit, and community.
• Work with cantos and drumming to anchor healing intentions.
• Create collaborative group ceremonies.

Month 9: Embodying the Healer

• Facilitate a Final Ceremony
• Reflect and Envision your next steps, integrating personal and collective growth.
• Offer Gratitude to Spirit, ancestors, and each soul who has journeyed with you.
• Ritual Closing Ceremony. 

After our nine month journey concludes, all sisters in the mentorship are warmly invited to join an optional week-long immersion , that I would like to call “The Embodiment Retreat.” This gathering is intended to be accessible to every woman who feels called to deepen her practice. Together, we will honor the profound transformation that has blossomed within our circle. Guided by the healing pulse of the drum, we will weave together the threads of all we have awakened, reflecting on our growth, celebrating our collective unfolding, and envisioning the luminous path ahead.

Rooted in earth consciousness, this sacred space calls us to reaffirm our commitment to serve humanity in ways that honor the Earth and future generations. With hearts full of reverence, we offer gratitude to Spirit, our ancestors, and each sister who has journeyed beside us. Through prayer, song, and the drum’s heartbeat, we anchor the medicine we have received, stepping confidently into the energetic realms and embodying our unique gifts.

This immersion embodies mindful simplicity and reverent modesty, providing a sacred container to integrate our newly awakened abilities into everyday life and empower us to stand firmly in who we are, for the highest good of all.

Closing Ceremony, a final rite where we honor our soul’s calling, bless our path forward, and celebrate the circle that has carried us here, united by our shared devotion to healing, service, and devotion to unfold as the luminous beings we are.

Exchange and Enrollment Details

Exchange:
This mentorship is offered on a sliding scale of €900–€1,500 to honor both accessibility and your personal capacity to invest. Your contribution supports the energy of this sacred mentorship and reflects the immense value of what you will receive during this transformational journey.

This offering is the culmination of my lifelong commitment to walking this sacred path, learning from Spirit, and cultivating the ancestral wisdom and teachings I now humbly share with you. It reflects the depth of these teachings, as well as the devotion, energy, and care required to guide you through your healing and transformation.

Please offer your exchange according to your heart and needs, while also honoring the sacred reciprocity of this mentorship.

Breakdown  of Full Mentorship:
