Revered as the blood of the Earth in Maya cosmology, cacao is a sacred gift meant to heal our hearts and connect us with our deepest emotions. In this nurturing space, cacao serves as a gentle powerful guide on our journey of emotional healing and spiritual remembrance. 

I will guide you through this sacred process, as the cacao moves through your body. Helping the medicine do the work together with the rhythms of my voice and drum, as a high-vibrational medicine and loving teacher, opens the heart and expands our awareness even more with the sound of cantos sagrados.

The Science of Spirit of Cacao, revealed its unique properties that enhance both our spiritual and physical well-being. With theobromine, a natural alkaloid found in cacao, that works by gently energising your body, promoting mental clarity while nourishing the body with abundant minerals, flavonoids, and polyphenols. As it enters the body, cacao acts subtly yet profoundly, reaching the central nervous system and traveling directly to the heart, opening the venous system for better oxygenation and absorption of its beneficial compounds.

The phenolic and flavonoid contents in cacao provide antioxidant capacities that are higher than those of many other phytochemical-rich foods, making it a powerful ally for heart health, emotional balance, and overall vitality.
